Impact: Only some customers were affected. Environments that needed a refresh have been updated.
Action: Retry your reports or queries. No need to contact Support unless failures continue after retrying.

Some reports and SQL queries that use conversation segment data or the WFM planning group route path configuration table may fail with a “stale view” or similar error after a recent data update.
Impact: Not all customers are affected. Where this applies, the affected reports or queries may not run until your environment is refreshed.
Action: Wait until we mark this incident resolved, then retry. No need to contact Support we are addressing affected environments systematically. We have a fix in progress.
